WiscNet has partnered with schoolOS, a K-12 operational intelligence solution that creates a platform for school districts’ many disconnected tools, processes and procedures. Powered by agentic AI, schoolOS gives teachers, staff, students, and families one front door for support across the systems already in use. The goal is to solve problems more quickly and reduce redundancies so districts can operate more efficiently. The platform has four products: schoolAgent, schoolAssets, schoolHelpdesk, and (coming soon) schoolAutomate. These functions support district staff by routing tickets to the right place and using role-based knowledge to answer questions; tracking device lifecycles and suggesting asset replacement budgets; routing, assigning and supporting interactions across departments; and completing both daily and large-scale tasks using human-approved automation. WiscNet has partnered with schoolOS to provide access to this service that can help orchestrate the people, systems, and data that support K-12 operations every day.
