WiscNet is a membership organization that provides research and education networking services to public and private higher education, K12 school districts, libraries, municipalities, and hospitals throughout Wisconsin. We connect people and strategies to solve common technology challenges and to develop innovative solutions in support of educational, research, and community service missions.
WiscNet Connections is our annual membership meeting, held every year in May at the Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin. The WiscNet community comes together to teach, learn, see friends old and new, and push their thinking forward into the future. Over the years we've learned that something magical happens when people connect.
The WiscNet Board of Directors is the governing body overseeing its operations. The board consists of member representatives serving the various constituencies represented by the association. WiscNet board meetings typically follow a schedule of August, January, and March for our regular meetings, October for our retreat, and May for our annual WiscNet member meeting.
