As usual, WiscNet Connections promises to offer a multitude of great presentations as well as an excellent keynote speaker (and delicious food). We are offering two options for exhibitor participation, all of which takes place in the Capitol Promenade and Grand Terrace of the Monona Terrace, just a few steps away from the Halls where breakout sessions take place, providing opportunities for everyone to greet and meet new and returning exhibitors.
There are two steps to purchase an exhibitor booth:
1. Choose your participation level:
- A booth to exhibit, for $750.
- A booth to exhibit; an hour-long breakout session for you and/or your team to present anything you might want to showcase that you think our members might be interested in; and a break sponsorship, where your logo will be displayed next to food and beverage tables during a morning or afternoon break, for $1600.
Booths at both levels include an 8' by 30" table, topped and skirted with chairs; and five complimentary tickets and all meals for your employees.
Please note that booths in the Capital Promenade are now SOLD OUT. Booths purchased now will be located in the Grand Terrace. The following is a floorplan for your reference:
2. Register for the conference. Your five complimentary tickets are automatically reserved for you and can be picked up at the registration desk during set up on May 8.
The deadline to purchase a booth is April 21 and is subject to space available -- spots may sell out beforehand, at which time no additional booths will be available for purchase.
Set up information:
You will be able to set up your booth between 7:00-8:00am on Monday, May 8. Exhibit hours will run for the duration of the conference: 8:00am – 4:00pm on May 8 and 8:00am – 2:00pm on May 9. Wireless internet is available throughout the Monona Terrace; a wired internet connection is available upon request.
Thank you, exhibitors!
